Dr. Richard Terry joined Arnot Health in 2012 as the Director of Graduate Medical Education. He is a nationally renowned educator and visionary leader in osteopathic medical education with more than 17 years experience as an educator. He serves as Assistant Dean of Regional Clinical Education and the Chief Academic Officer at Lake Erie Consortium for Osteopathic Medical Training (LECOMT). There, he has pioneered a unique, innovative, case-based clinical curriculum for 3rd and 4th year medical students. In 2012, he received the prestigious Educator of the Year award from the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Dr. Terry lectures nationally and has multiple publications in peer reviewed journals.
